The preferred individual should be,
- Passionate about developing human resource(s)
- Visionary in thinking towards strategic HR management
- Well aware of statutory regulations related to HR
- Committed to go the extra mile to create a supportive function thrives on service excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, and/or equivalent professional qualification(s) is must
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in a reputed organization in the field of HR.
